I've been there

When my child was born, he got sick (landed in the ICU kind of sick). I searched for ways to cope with the anxiety that resurfaced whenever he got sick again. But it wasn’t until I found EMDR that things started to change for the better. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to share these transformative therapies with people like you. I didn’t heal alone – I had practical support that gave me the tools to live on my terms. Now, I’m here to share them with you in a safe space at the intersection of science and empathy, where you feel the freedom to express yourself completely.

I’m here to help you see yourself through the lens of your history. To listen and support you, while encouraging you to make tangible shifts that improve your quality of life. For over 7 years, I’ve worked collaboratively with individuals from a range of backgrounds, guiding them towards a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, my passion lies in helping you make the changes you want to see.

Because when we lead with curiosity and compassion, we find our path to healing and meaningfully engaging with the world.
